The name's Mikaela; I'm an old soul, pilates goer, and Event Stylist + Planner from Melbourne, Australia, and for as long as I can remember I've been a lover of making things pretty and people happy (to put simply of course).

From a very young age I've always enjoyed throwing a good party; the 'good' kind where guests never leave empty handed, and the only thing worth complaining about is the amount of food left over.

Having come from a European background a birthday wouldn't be a birthday without a house full of extended family singing, screaming, (even yelling) 'Happy Birthday to You'. It's fair to say celebrating milestones has been an unavoidable part of my life.. and so it should be! That is for everyone!

With only one life to live we have no reason but to celebrate every birthday, accomplishment and special milestone that comes our way.. and thats how I want to make a living ~ by helping others honour their lives.

At the end of the day we ARE our memories and past experiences and life's just to short to throw a boring party. As my mum would say; 'You can't take it with you',  and in a nut shell, that's why I'm in Events.
